1. Meeting time: 09:00–17:00 (subject to availability; final time will be confirmed by staff after booking)

2. Meeting point: Near Qingao Bay/Shen'ao Bay on Nan'ao Island, Shantou (After placing your order, add our customer support WeChat to receive specific location details and important notes).

3. After placing your order, our staff will contact you by phone or add your WeChat to send the meeting location, guidance map, and important notes. Please arrive at the designated time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 1:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
