Okinawa Blue Cave diving and snorkeling 0.5h activity [Snorkeling/Private boat/Naha or Chatan pickup]

- For safety reasons, a life jacket must be worn at all times.

- Visitors with conditions such as neurocirculatory or respiratory disorders (e.g., asthma), high blood pressure, otitis media, ear diseases, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, hangovers, medication habits, or alcohol consumption on the day are not permitted to participate. If any visitor is denied participation due to health conditions on the day of the activity, please assess your physical condition before booking. No refunds or compensation will be provided if participation is denied for the above reasons.

- Guests with claustrophobia or anxiety disorders cannot participate.

- Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. If participation is denied on the day of the activity due to pregnancy, no refund will be issued.

For safety reasons, participants under 5 years old or over 59 years old are not accepted.

- Guests who are prone to seasickness or concerned about it are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance, as it will not be available for purchase onboard.

- Since there are no lockers at the activity site and no storage space on the boat, personal items will be locked in the shuttle vehicle during the activity. If this is a concern, please do not book this activity.

The activity only has a simple changing area and shower facilities.

Due to Okinawa's unpredictable weather, sometimes it's only when the boat reaches the Blue Grotto entrance that we learn access inside is impossible. In such cases, the snorkeling activity will be changed to take place in the waters outside the Blue Grotto. If this occurs, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

If the activity is affected by typhoons or bad weather, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone, email, or messaging apps to reschedule or cancel your booking. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued. Please note that due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may vary slightly. We appreciate your understanding.

- Minors must submit a paper consent form signed by their parent or guardian upon arrival at the activity venue and must be accompanied by a parent to participate.

No refund or date change will be provided if you are unable to participate in the activity due to personal reasons such as illness or late arrival. Please be advised.
