Everything was quick, but the time slots they showed were less than the actual slots at the box office. After purchasing, you receive a QR code; just use it once; you don't need to get a ticket.

Overall it was good and smooth but I want to point out some drawbacks. 1. The bus stop at Macau Galaxy hotel is at the end of the complex and is hard to find. 2. The staff at the Galaxy hotel spoke Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) only. 3. If you cannot use an e-channel at immigration, you may be left as the bus left in 15-20 minutes while passing the immigration would take ~30 mins. You can take a later bus but have to contact the staff in a red coat (the staff spoke good English at HK side)

I booked here because they gave me a discount coupon. I highly recommend it. It's a great option for a day trip to Macau. There's no real difference compared to other platforms, so just go with the cheaper option.
