How to use

Must be booked before 6:30 PM (local time), 3 days before travelers participate in the photo activity.

A staff member will contact you by 6:30 PM (local time) at the latest 1 day before your trip.

On the day of your trip, gather at the designated meeting point with the reserved traveler ID.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Stay with the group at all times and do not leave without permission. Follow safety regulations at designated areas.

Bring a pair of sneakers if possible, and don't forget a power bank.
