Our tour guide, Victoria, was absolutely fantastic! Her trilingual (Chinese, English, Japanese) explanations were amazing, and she was incredibly patient in answering questions. It was a truly wonderful trip!!! Thanks to her, the trip was amazing!!!
The itinerary was also very well-planned; we had plenty of time in Otaru to properly explore each place.
Especially in Hokkaido, a place with limited transportation but abundant natural beauty, choosing this tour was a wise decision! The bus was so convenient; I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give it 5 at most. Overall, I highly recommend it!!!★

We didn’t want to rent a car, so this tour was perfect! The early September weather was very pleasant and thankfully we had a sunny day. The Otaru stop was enough time to check out a few shops and grab some food. The guide was great too. I’d highly recommend this trip.★

It's a pity that the viewpoints on the island's Wuyi coast are only open for half an hour at a time. Perhaps adding a little more time or allowing tourists to explore nearby trails would make the trip more enjoyable. Overall, however, the tour leader and itinerary were excellent, especially the use of flip cards to display meeting times at each attraction on the bus – a very good method to avoid misunderstandings among tourists speaking different languages. Thank you for your dedication!
