It was wonderful; we were a group of six people plus two guides. The guides were always attentive and helpful. We even rode faster at one point. Plenty of photos were taken at the photo stop. After the ride, there was tea and hot chocolate. Restrooms are also available. I highly recommend this excursion!

Fantastic experience the staff were amazing and put me at ease when experiencing first time riding. The horses were well looked after and enjoyed the ride and returning to their fellow horses in the paddock.

We had a great tour on a beautiful day with Hilmar. He provided us with good commentary that was both educational and amusing. The waterfall and surrounding area is gorgeous and way bigger than we expected, but we were given a good amount of time to explore. We loved the Forest Lagoon and could have stayed there for much longer.

I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.
