
















If the admission ticket is not collected on the day of use, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged based on the payment amount. Once the admission ticket is collected, used, or expired, it cannot be canceled; partial cancellations are not accepted for orders.
Timing and Other Notes
1. HUAFA SNOW BONSKI's timing standard is as follows: Timing starts when you swipe your card at the first turnstile and ends when you exit the last turnstile. Any time exceeding the ticket type duration will be considered an overtime charge. For overtime charges, please pay the difference according to the prices posted at the ticket office. No additional fee will be charged for delays under 30 minutes. For delays exceeding 30 minutes, an overtime fee will be charged per half-hour, with any partial half-hour rounded up.
HUAFA SNOW BONSKI date definition:
off-peak season: dates other than shoulder season and peak season
Mid-season: Saturdays to Sundays excluding public holiday weekends; Christmas week (Dec 20–28)
Peak season: during public holiday periods with adjusted work schedules.
2. HUAFA SNOW BONSKI provides ski suits, ski boots, helmets, skis, ski poles (only for alpine skis), lockers, and snow cards. Please compensate according to the resort's posted prices for any damage or loss.
3. After entering the ski resort, please keep your Snow Card with you at all times. You'll need to present the card to collect/return equipment and access designated ski runs. The card will be collected upon exit. If lost, a replacement fee will be charged according to the on-site price list.
Visitor Guidelines
1. With your snow pass, you can choose to receive ski equipment for either snowboarding or skiing, but exchanges are not supported after selection.
2. Please bring a valid ID for each traveler on the day of your visit. If the ID presented does not match the one used for ticket purchase, you will forfeit the right to use the admission ticket and will not be allowed to enter the ski resort. No refunds or changes will be permitted.
3. Please keep your ticket pick-up code safe and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the pick-up code will result in denied entry to the ski resort, requiring a new purchase. After collecting your Ice and Snow Card, please keep it safe. If visitors are unable to enter the ski resort or enjoy the activities due to loss or damage of the card, they will need to purchase a new admission ticket. During your visit, always keep your admission ticket with you and present it for inspection when requested by staff.
4. Travelers under 18 years old are recommended to be accompanied by a capable adult guardian when purchasing tickets for skiing activities.
