How to use
● The confirmation email serves as your travel voucher. If the information you provided is accurate, no one will contact you before your trip. Please carefully review the details in the confirmation email upon receipt. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our online customer support.
● On the day of use, please arrive at the ticket redemption location at least 30 minutes before the meeting time stated on your confirmation voucher. Present the confirmation voucher (printed or electronic) along with the passenger's name to redeem your ticket. Please check your confirmation voucher carefully.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
1. If you are unable to use the booking due to personal reasons, no refunds or changes will be provided. Please arrive on time for your itinerary.
2. In case of unexpected situations such as rain, the performance may be moved to the indoor area on the second floor. Please be advised.
3. If the customer is late and cannot board the ferry on time or misses the return ferry, they will be responsible for the costs.
4. Please do not bring valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.
5. Seats will be randomly assigned based on ticket redemption order. VIP seats are limited and may require sharing a table. Final seating arrangements are subject to on-site availability.
