
1. If you are unable to use the booking due to personal reasons, no refunds or changes will be provided. Please arrive on time for your itinerary.
2. In case of unexpected situations such as rain, the performance may be moved to the indoor area on the second floor. Please be advised.
3. If the customer is late and cannot board the ferry on time or misses the return ferry, they will be responsible for the costs.
4. Please do not bring valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.
5. Seats will be randomly assigned based on ticket redemption order. VIP seats are limited and may require sharing a table. Final seating arrangements are subject to on-site availability.
