This private day trip to the Volga Manor and Siberian Tiger Park, starting from downtown Harbin, connects these two unique scenic areas with comfortable transportation. After a convenient shuttle pick-up at Central Avenue or designated hotels, head southeast along Harbin-Ping Road to the Volga Manor, nestled on the banks of the Ash River. This garden, themed on the fusion of Chinese and Russian culture, features replicas of historical Harbin landmarks like St. Nicholas Church and the Riverside Restaurant. The Petrov Palace of Arts and the Pushkin Museum showcase Russian paintings, sculptures, and literary manuscripts, allowing you to wander through the Russian-style architecture and experience its exotic charm.
In the afternoon, our dedicated vehicle will transfer across Songpu Bridge to Songbei Avenue, heading to the Siberian Tiger Park, located on the north bank of the Songhua River. As the world's largest artificial breeding facility for Siberian tigers, the park is strategically divided into three ecologically designed areas: the Tiger Park, the Cub Park, and the Science and Technology Exhibition Hall. Visitors can ride a netted sightseeing vehicle through the adult tiger enclosure, observing their natural hunting and playful behaviors up close. The Cub Park offers interactive activities with lively cubs. The Science and Technology Exhibition Hall systematically explains the conservation status and ecological value of the Siberian tiger through graphic and physical exhibits. Returning to the city, we'll drive along Zhongyuan Avenue over a highway bridge, enjoying breathtaking views of the Songhua River's changing scenery throughout the seasons. Your driver will safely transfer you back to your hotel.
