Highlights
If you are into food and markets, this is a must-do with its stunning 19th century neo -Gothic architecture. Since the Central Market is the biggest indoor market in the city, you probably will need a guide -me- who can navigate thru the awesome amount of stuff found here. You can be sure to see and experience a lot. With multiple food stops including langos, strudel and some other great foods you will easily be able to fully enjoy this market has to offer. Also, if you are up for trying hard liquor in the morning hours (homemade palinka) that I personally distilled from fruits grown by my dad, that's also included.
We will talk about the food, the culture, and of course about the Hungarians. You will see a wide array of seasonal ingredients and I will gladly explain what can be made from them. Learn some recipes, produce identification, and plenty of tips from an ex-professional chef.

All the foods are included in the price, along with bottled water and palinka.
