If a cancellation request is submitted before 5:30 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 5:30 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1) A WhatsApp group will be created with all members before the hike for easy communication and updates.
2) This is a guided hiking experience — routes vary in difficulty and duration.
3) Guests should have a moderate fitness level; some trails involve light scrambling.
4) Bring at least 1.5L water per person, light snacks, sunscreen, hat, and a jacket/windbreaker.
5) Wear sturdy hiking shoes and active clothing (no jeans).
6) Table Mountain cable car descent is not included (R295 pp, payable by cash/card). If the cable car is closed, your guide will lead the group down safely on foot.
7) Cape Town weather can change quickly; hikes go ahead in most conditions.
8) Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss the tour.
9) Pick-up & drop-off available on request for R400 per couple (confirm 24 hrs in advance).
10) Small-group hikes ensure a safe, personal, and memorable experience.
