A truly interesting tour of the city of Santiago, our guide Daniel was wonderful, excellent explanations, excellent guide, we were a small group and we had a great time, I recommend that Italians book in Spanish to better follow the discussions on the history of this city.

We had Carolina as our guide. We had a fantastic tour. Carolina was very informative about the history, culture, and region. She also has a great sense of humor, and because there was an elaborate service in the cathedral, we sometimes had to wait before we could continue the tour. Carolina made up for that by telling yet another (gossip) story related to the cathedral.

Santiago is a visit to the past and a discovery of outer and inner worlds. We did the Camino del Norte 820km and arriving in santiago was an experience beyond what we expected. Allow at least 2 days (ideally 5) to truly appreciate all that it has to offer.


