If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Important note
Our farm is located in the rural area of Salento. The road is not completely paved. It is not recommended to arrive in low cars. In case of rain, the activity will not be cancelled; rain ponchos can be purchased at the farm. It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent; however, you can also buy it in our store. You can get there using public transportation, Willys Jeeps leave every hour from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. It is also possible to return to Salento in Willys from the farm. The value of the transportation is not included in the ticket.
