A super fun way to learn about the food and culture of Malaysia. Doreen took us on a tour of the food market first and took us through ingredients and market stalls with much knowledge and easy chatter. Once we got into the cooking class, Saadiyah gave us lessons in food and Malay life with candour and joy. She’s a cooking legend and showed so much care to both the food and us.
