For example, he would find places where we could stand in the sun when he would speak because it was a cold day. Fran was great and accommodated everyone. There was a good balance of sightseeing and history, with some free time to explore areas of interest. Traffic was heavy and there was a protest, but Fran had checked ti see if anyone had time constraints (nobody did) and made sure we saw everything planned, even though it meant she had to work a longer day. Pick up and rip off at the hotel was great, as I had made some purchases along the way.★
