I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

The driver couldn't find my QR code, the link didn't work, so he took a photo of my reservation from the email and invited me on the bus. In the end, everything was fine, and I got to my destination.

Fascinating insight into both La Scala and Duomo. Our guide Maria is a knowledgeable historian and was able to answer any questions. She was obviously passionate about her topics. La Scala is a spectacular theatre with a history to match. We learned how much the theatre going experience changed dramatically in the late 19th century. Duomo Cathedral is mind blowing in its size and intricacy. Maria’s commentary added so much more to the experience

Convenient departure point from Central Station. Good bus. When you board, they give you a ticket with your return departure time. We've used this route twice already.


