The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

The tour was truly beautiful and engaging. The guide proved to be knowledgeable, knowledgeable, and above all, passionate, making the visit even more interesting. Of course, you can't see everything in two hours, but it's still enough to get a good idea of the majesty and wonder of this palace.
