When I had to change the reservation date due to a misunderstanding on my part, office staff member Tracy kindly assisted me, even though I am not very good at English. Also, the weather was bad on the reserved day so we couldn't fly, but the pilot and local staff suggested the next possible day to fly. Thanks to them, I was able to have a wonderful balloon experience without any problems! Thank you for an experience I will remember forever.
