I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.

I participated as the only Japanese person on the tour, and the tour itself was great if you understand English, but it was confusing because the staff weren't wearing blue polo shirts.
