Excellent! We picked it up upon arrival and used it on various modes of transport. You just need to buy a different card for the shuttle to the zoo.

The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG


