This was a fun day trip from Rome to the Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este gardens by bus. Our guide Ivonne was very knowledgeable and informative. She was nice and helped us understand the history of the area. Lunch was included and was good. Ivonne showed us picture illustrations of the Villa to better represent how it would have looked at the time Hadrian lived here. Highly Recommended tour! Well worth the price and better than expected. Thanks!

I was a little nervous since I didn't quite like the colosseum tour from the same company. not at the fault of the guide though. he unfortunately had to accommodate physically incapable tourists which inhibited the time of others. however I was blessed with a spry group and good weather for this tour! I am a little know it all and read everything prior to this trip. the guide however is very VERY good. I saw all the highlights that was on my list. I especially liked the free time that the guide allowed for each location. Marzia is the best!

The day was good, altough tried but the explanation was very good by the guide. one suggestion is about the lunch, I prefer to pay something more and the lunch be better. But I enjoyed it.

Great. There are too many ruins in the city, and you can stroll around the suburbs for a day. Especially Villa d'Este, it is completely a natural high-difference fountain.

Villa d'Este is visited primarily to see the fountains with their water features in action! It's a shame that on the day of our visit (including the three days before and three days after), the fountains weren't working! We were immediately notified of this "inconvenience" at the ticket office, so much so that by purchasing tickets on site, we would have been entitled to a discount (whereas we paid a supplement for the presale). We are deeply disappointed by this poor service! A refund for this incident would be appreciated. Your company should have notified us, as they were certainly aware of the situation. The audio guide descriptions are truly concise, considering the wonders on display, particularly at Hadrian's Villa. This isn't the first time I've purchased a package from Get Your Guide; in the past, I've always had good experiences, but I can't say the same for this latest experience.


