Sillustani: Cementerio pre - inca

The chullpas of Sillustani are located north of Puno, where you can see impressive constructions of tombs, many of them with a height of up to 12 meters and inverted cone shape. These tombs were intended for the highest kolla authorities.
This excursion begins with pick up from your hotel in Puno (near or within the historic center) at approximately 14:00 hours. We will travel approximately 40 minutes and arrive at a viewpoint to observe the city of Puno.
Arriving at Sillustani, we will take a walk to get to know the place and observe the Waruwaru, a pre-Hispanic hydraulic system of cultivated fields. We will also observe the flora and fauna of the place, as well as the Umayo lagoon.
