Great service. Salesperson was very patient and responsive when I tried to find out our options. They gave good recommendations and helpful tips. The driver was polite and drived with extra care especially at those narrow mountain winding roads. The company updated our car for free on that day. The price is reasonable too. It includes all the parking, tolls fees. We designed our own itinerary with the driver’s suggestion of a restaurant for lunch. so it’s very flexible. We had a enjoyable and care-free day. Highly recommend their service to people who don’t want to go through the hassle of renting and driving/parking a car in Thailand.

It just so happened that there was a flower festival parade that day, and our group of six had arranged two tuk-tuks. However, one of them was delayed by more than half an hour due to road closures and traffic jams, making the itinerary very rushed. In the end, we had to cut two attractions and barely finished by 1:30 pm. The travel agency should have found out about the possibility of road closures during the festival earlier and made arrangements in advance, so we wouldn't have wasted half an hour. Moreover, I think half a day is definitely not enough for this itinerary. Perhaps because I like listening to stories about historical sites, we spent more than half an hour visiting the first attraction, and another half hour eating durian and buying some fruit at the fruit market. We didn't have much time to see or take pictures at the attractions in between; it was really just a whirlwind tour. But our guide, Ah Tung, was quite nice and funny.

Overall the trip was a really great experience. Pick up was easy and prompt, but you are relying on others in the group to be ready on time. We did the Angels Waterfall and Sticky Waterfall package and I would definitely recommend. Although Angels Waterfall is a man-made attraction it really is beautiful. The water pools and flora really makes it feel like you are in a magical forest. It’s a great place to get some really spectacular photos, so ideal for bloggers, influencers, photographers. There are also rabbits and goats that you can pay ฿20 to feed. The only thing I would complain about is that it doesn’t tell you in the description that there is an ฿80 entrance fee. The Sticky Waterfall was so much fun. Quite busy, so if you are joining a tour group be prepared for that as you won’t arrive early enough to beat the crowds. We felt that the amount of time we had at each location was just the right amount and enjoyed the day immensely. Would definitely recommend.

A well run, truly ethical elephant sanctuary. The elephants seemed well taken care of and you can tell that the woman who runs the place genuinely cares about their welfare. We were well informed and guided about the do’s and don’t’s when interacting with the animals. There aren’t many elephants here but I like that it’s a smaller sanctuary especially for a short trip. You get to feed and interact with the elephants for a short while but they do get very hot and like humans would like to just chill. I enjoyed learning about where these particular elephants came from and how they’re kept. There were beautiful and looked healthy and content. It’s a little more remote so if you get a grab there you might want to pay for them to wait and take you back as many others did. (It took me ages to book another ride after and I had to wait around) Highly recommended if you’re pushed for time or in the area at the water park.
