The magical world "OSAKA-BEN" bus tour is a new entertainment bus show held in Osaka during summer 2025.

Take a bus equipped with XR (VR/AR) technology to enjoy AI-guided Osaka sightseeing performances while touring multiple attractions in the city.

The performance is led by an interactive AI guide who loves engaging with the audience, offering you a truly unique experience!

On the futuristic XR bus, AI guide TEMPURA and human guide AMI await your arrival.

You'll have the chance to explore Osaka's famous attractions while trying out five unique Osaka-specific words.

Learn unique Osaka dialect while enjoying the scenic views of Osaka through the train window!

Not only will you visit famous landmarks, but we'll also provide you with an unforgettable and unique "Osaka experience"!

How to use
After your booking is confirmed, please check your confirmation email or voucher and present it on-site for use.
Change & cancellation policies
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested before 11:15 AM on the day of date of use.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested after 11:15 AM on the day of date of use.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Group requirements:

Number of participants: 2–9 people

No group leader, but a guide will take you on the tour.

◆All passengers, regardless of age, must make a booking.

Children under 3 can travel for free. Please inform us at the meeting point on the day.


Note:

  • The bus show will be conducted in English and Chinese.
  • No beverages are allowed except for plastic bottles or covered water bottles.
  • No outside food allowed
  • Standing or walking is prohibited during the tour.
  • The bus may be noisy, have bright lights, or experience blackouts, and you cannot get off during the ride.
  • Depending on the day's circumstances, some parts of the itinerary may be subject to change.
  • Intoxicated passengers are not permitted to board.
  • If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before participating.
  • Passengers prone to motion sickness, please check your physical condition before participating.
  • There are no restrooms on the bus.
  • Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought on board. As staff cannot oversee them, please store such items in coin-operated lockers or similar facilities before boarding.
  • Please note that the arrival time may change due to road conditions or other reasons.
