Trip.com customer service responded the very night,even though I booked quite late and last minute. They responded the very night with Fan Dong (樊东) trying to reach me without China Local.number. He finally reached me after using WeChat to locate me.👍 Tour guide Xiao Man (晓蔓) ，very professional patient , attentive and knowledgeable and comprehensive guided tour. Highly recommend tourists if you appreciate mandarin guided tour with lots of literature background.
