The driver and guide Joe is a really wonderful person. We were a group of 5 people and he helped us a lot. One of us is a person in a wheelchair, so he helped even with it coz he had to move in such a wheelchair for half a year.★

Excellent service. Buyed tickets in advance. The seller contacted by email. Not by vacap - mean and check the mail. Answers all questions. During the day reminded to track the code. At 16: 00 on the day of the speech, I sent the code to the mail, everything works for 5 people, as they bought - to sector A in the lower rows. The performance is very beautiful. Performance 10 points exciting, if the bus can arrive earlier at the attraction a little more time for us to play would be better, when the five D performance program has started, missed this one we have to 4:50 (last show), just the most exciting performance of the day is 5:00 start, so only give up watching 5 D. Choose to go to other attractions until five o'clock, come back to see the Shanghai Eternal Love from 5 o'clock, children and the elderly also 10 points like, so remember not to miss this re-investment performance at five o'clock. Next time you can buy tickets directly and arrive at the venue earlier so you can watch the full performance program.★

Our tour guide, Xiaoxiu, was fantastic. She's young and talented, highly recommended!
Our flight was delayed by an hour, and we were worried we wouldn't arrive at our destination on time. After contacting us in advance, she not only expressed her understanding but also thoughtfully reassured us and urged us to be safe. So thoughtful and touching!
The entire explanation was engaging and engaging, with interactive questions and discussions. Our family is quite unorganized, and there might be people who don't stay with the group. Haha, this beautiful tour guide would go find them, never abandoning them, hahahaha.
While researching the Yu Gardens stamp collection, we learned that the tour guide even went to the trouble of taking us back to the Cultural and Creative Center to redeem our stamps. She's an angel for stamp collectors!
