We were traveling from Nha Trang to Da Nang and back. It was a wonderful bus, and we fell asleep right away. It was a bit bumpy, and the driver kept honking the horn.

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.

Great service and comfy cabin! Really impressed with HK Buslines. The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip. But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle. Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear. No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!

Everything went great! I booked, and after a while we messaged on WhatsApp to confirm the details and coordinates. Then a guide (something like a guide) messaged and confirmed all the details, coordinates, and time. I thought a car would arrive at the hotel and take me to the bus. No, the bus itself arrived! We then spent some time picking up people around the old town in Hanoi. In Vietnam, not only are bikes and cars driven masterfully, but the bus also goes places not everyone can. On the way to Halong, we stopped at a local store for restrooms, a smoke break, and tossing some cash at the cashier. It's nice there, but quite expensive. Then we flew to Tuan Chau, everyone went on cruises, and I was transferred to a smaller car and just as quickly driven to Sun World Park. Basically, they'll find you and take you there. Everything was great and hassle-free.

I used a van from Hoi An to Da Nang Airport. Since I was traveling alone, it was more than half the price of Grab. Also, the original pickup location was the Ivy Hotel, but they changed it to the front of my hotel via KakaoTalk the day before, so I was able to get to the airport very comfortably. It was a 7 AM van, and I noticed that many locals were using it as well!
