Because I took my colleagues from Wenzhou to Hangzhou to take a plane, I temporarily booked a day trip around the West Lake two days in advance under the time of the vacancy. We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.★

Getting there was not the most convenient or easiest. However the guides provided a lot of assistance and shared maps and directions for us to get to the temple. Overall, it was a nice tour and rich in history. Very impressed with the temple★

I booked this tour as a way to explore the local area as a first time visitor at the end of a business trip when I had a few days free. This was my first experience of a private tour and what can I say - it was amazing!!
The organisation and booking was so straightforward and easy to do, great communication throughout and I instantly felt like I was in great hands!
My guide, Sherry, was simply amazing! From the moment I met her she was warm, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable and safe in this place so far from home. Sherry shared loads of interesting facts and information about our starting point, Hangzhou, and continued to amaze and impress me throughout the course of the day! By the end of the tour I was exhausted! But felt like I had learnt loads, and also felt like I had a new friend in my life. The water village is absolutely worth a visit, for anyone wanting to go, and I cannot recommend booking with this team - from the organisers behind the scenes, to the amazing guide and even the wonderful, friendly driver! This is absolutely worth the money and I just want to thank the team once again for making my visit so memorable!
