If you want to be like tourists choose 1day halong bay cruise trip. Because it was so crowded. Cat ba island was so beautiful and chill but 1day was not enough to discover. So if you want to enjoy and chillin the nature choose cat ba island trip. But this trip wasn’t enough for expectations. Maybe I’ve expected too much depending on some good reviews.

Fantastic activity! Our guide, Bing, was amazing. He was always smiling, ready to answer any questions, positive, and tailored the day to our wishes and requests. He showed a genuine respect for nature and a real desire to show us the bay for what it truly is, away from the crowded, touristy areas. I had a truly wonderful day, and the memories are unforgettable!

Spent Lunar new year on this tour, found out only the day of that this was the only operator working that day so we got the whole bay for ourselves and it was dreamy, the itinerary is as descrived, you'll get to kayak, swim, eat, learn about the fishing village and the fishes of this area and finish the day making spring rolls. The staff and especially Hana, our guide, are incredibily lively and lovely. They even gave us red envelopes with a game to celebrate the new year. Recommended!

Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.

The service in Hanoi is very convenient, including a Russian-language audio guide. The route is interesting. It took four hours. It was basically enough for everything: first, we did the full circle, then stopped at three stops for sightseeing. One inconvenience: the first time you have to board the bus, you have to get off at the first stop, near the opera house. There, you have to exchange your trip reservation for a paper ticket.

Made a mistake of choosing International airport pick up when we actually arrived at domestic from connecting flight from Hanoi. Contacted the customer service to see if it was possible to have it delivered to the hotel and they did. Excellent service! Thank you so much.
