1: For the 14-person group tour: If your hotel is located between the Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road, we will arrange a didi taxi to pick you up between 7:00 and 7:15 (we pay for taxi), after which you will meet your guide and the bus.

If your hotel doesn't have a parking lot, our bus will pick you up at a nearby parking-available location.
3: For group tour: we aim to pick up clients efficiently. We will arrange pick-ups in sequence based on hotel locations to avoid detours and traffic jams, thus being Unable to accommodate individual clients' specific pick-up time requests.
4: For all clients: The pickup location is the city hotel within the 3rd ring road of Xi'an. (Not the train station or airport).
