I had my French family visiting, along with a friend travelling from the US, and we decided to experience Bangalore with Unventured – what an unforgettable choice! 🌟 We are absolutely overjoyed with the Tuk Tuk tour. Our guide, Midhu, was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond right from the start, even helping us secure cabs when it felt almost impossible. With two children under 10 in tow, we felt so well cared for the entire day.
The tour itself was a wonderful mix of history, culture, and local life. We explored the remnants of Tipu Sultan’s palace, stepped into a 15th century temple to learn about the Hindu way of life, and wandered through the most fragrant flower market imaginable. Midhu’s storytelling brought each stop alive as she shared history through engaging stories, which kept both the adults and children captivated.
We then wound our way through lively bazaars filled with spices, textiles, and treasures, before stepping into a Scottish Presbyterian Kirk, home to a 150 year old pipe organ. An unexpected highlight was visiting a Kali temple, where dogs, goats, and ravens stood watch over the graves. a
A hauntingly atmospheric stop we will never forget. The day also included snacks of exotic fruit along the way and a delicious, hearty South Indian brunch at a hidden old Bangalore eatery that we’d never have found on our own.
The tuk tuk rides were a delight in themselves, the children absolutely loved them, and for us adults they were the perfect way to soak in the city’s vibrancy.
There were so many incredible moments that I can’t possibly cover them all in one review, but what I can say is this; if you are going to do just one tour in Bangalore, make it this one. We truly couldn’t have experienced the city this way without Unventured’s help, and we are so grateful to Midhu for making the day so memorable.
Highly recommended for families, friends, and solo travellers who want to discover the real heart of Bangalore.★

This was a thorough and in depth tour of Bengaluru. The Bull and Cave temples were fascinating and full of history. The Botanical Gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Deepti was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. We really loved the KR market, filled with fresh produces, spices and flowers. Worth a full day tour as the traffic gives you a chance to rest between locations. Deepti and the driver picked us up and returned us to our hotel. I heartily recommend Yours Truly!★

I learned so much from our very knowledgeable tour guide, Praveen. We saw so much in one day, and lunch was terrific, lots of small and delicious plates. If you want to learn more about the history of Bengaluru and see some of the city's top sites, I highly recommend this tour!★

We had a great time today seeing the highlights around Mysuru. We were taken on whirlwind adventure by Shivn, a Mysuru local. Shivn was a brilliant guide; fun, very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. Could not rate h higher
The highlight was lunch at a local restaurant, before seeing the palace: wow!

We were 2 colleagues coming from Hungary taking the weekend to discover a bit of India before starting to work. We have been very pleased with our driver and guide. The driver, as our 1st point of contact, picked us up at the hotel. We received a picture of the car with the plate number, so we couldn't mistaken. The driver spoke English and realized that we had not enough water with us. He stopped at a service station and bought several bottles for us. We met with the guide at the 1st stop of the visit, he was speaking English perfectly and clearly. He explained the history of each place we visited. My colleague being found of history asked lots of questions, comparing with what happened at the same time in Europe, and was very impressed by the knowledge of the guide.
