Reviews: Cape Town City Pass: Save Over 50% on 80+ Top Attractions

The national botanical gardens does not get included in any pass ! Which was actually quite upsetting as we made our way there only to find out we still had to pay ! Aswell as Boulders Beach does not come with the pass and also had to pay a separate fee to get in ! There is so much to do yet such little time so make sure you do your most favourite attractions first to get them out the way ! The red bus system is an absolute game changer that comes with the pass ! But any other buses do not waste your time on ! Rather take a red bus towards your location then take a walk or pay a smaller fee with an uber to complete your trip where you needed to go ! Most stops are crucial as they are sometimes in the middle of the whole attraction so rather do the red bus and that’s it !!★

A very comfortable bus. The stop at the Cape of Good Hope was long enough to hike to the summit. Great views and lots of interesting commentary from Patrik, the guide. The restaurant, where you could get ice cream, drinks, or snacks at fair prices, was also excellent. On the way back to Cape Town, there was another stop at Boulders Beach to admire the penguins. There was also time to relax on two lovely little beaches. Therefore, this tour is highly recommended.★

The tour was great! 🙂👍!!! Our guide, Jean, is a confident driver and very knowledgeable. He gave very interesting commentary during the trip. We learned a lot and learned about the history of Cape Town. The penguin visit 🐧 and the restaurant for the delicious lunch 🐟 were perfect, as was the visit to the Cape of Good Hope. We were able to enjoy everything 🙂 —without any time pressure or stress. Jean was a perfect guide for us🏆, and with our heartfelt thanks 🫶, we wish him all the best for the future 🍀. Our guide appeared to be very knowledgeable; however, we experienced significant difficulty understanding him due to communication issues. During the first part of the day, he was largely absent and asked us to listen to another guide while he spent time on his phone. This made it challenging to fully engage with the tour and benefit from his expertise. Improved communication and greater presence with the group would greatly enhance the overall experience.
