I made a reservation on another site, but it was the weekend, so I had to wait a long time for confirmation, but it still hadn't been confirmed. So, just in case, I rebooked on Trip.com. They confirmed it right away, so I was able to cancel my reservation. The car was the same, a G8. I didn't know I had to lie down for six hours on the way there, which was incredibly exhausting. But on the way back, the driver moved my seat so I could sit. I haven't arrived yet, but I'm writing this review from the car, grateful for the experience.★

Shortly after booking, I received a WhatsApp confirmation from a local bus company representative, and my seat number was also confirmed, which gave me peace of mind. As the departure date approached, I received a confirmation of the hotel location and pickup time, giving me peace of mind. The bus was clean and stocked with water, pillows, and blankets, making the six-hour journey to Sapa very comfortable and satisfying. There were two restroom breaks. When a hotel staff member at my Hanoi asked me which bus to take out of the several companies, I mentioned this company and they said it was the best. A local person also recommended this company, so if I ever use a sleeper bus again, I'd definitely use HK Busline!★

Before booking this tour, we did the calculation that if we go to SAPA by ourselves, it would cost us even more provided the hotel, transportation, meals and guide included in the itinerary. To be honest since it was a group tour so we were expecting basic hotel but to our surprise the hotel was deluxe one with spacious rooms and service. The meals included in the itinerary were also at famous restaurants and quality has been taken care of. Overall we think its the best decision to book this tour for SAPA fansipan cable car 👌👌👌
