Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour. We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged. The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing. Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.

Had such a good experience with the tour, firstly, our driver Rahul was amazing and super friendly. Shakib was the best tour guide, he went to every length to make sure we had a full experience. The information and amazing pictures he helped us take was really memorable, such lovely people and I would highly recommend to anyone who’s thinking of seeing the Taj Mahal.

Highly recommend. Imran and company were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated the opportunity to meet him and hope to work together in future. Imran (owner) is also super well connected around town and known to be a good person (vs lots of shady people in delhi unfortunately) as coincidentally even our private car driver knew him well. Had a fantastic time with Palash today, great sights - he was super friendly, very knowledgeable and helps us out for lunch (2 vegans in the party and the restaurant originally only offered us vegetables, but he had a conversation with them to get us some more options). Aiyub was our driver and he was very helpful too, being quick to pick us up and making us feel safe in the Delhi traffic.

It was a wonderful experience! I booked 1 day private tour. Driver, Prem is on time picking up at the hotel. And he is very nice. He said, "Drive in India you need 3 things: Good Brake, Good horn and Good luck" 😅..funny guy!. My tour guide, Mukesh is very knowledgeable. He provides many great information about Jaipur, Kings, Palaces, etc... but let him run into beautiful girls, he would fall in love and get distracted from the conversation 🤣🤣 For the first time in my life, i rode elephant.. it was amazing!! Great trip, friendly people! Highly recommended!


