Khmer food is so delicious, and I like to attend a cooking class whenever I travel solo. This meal was fun to make, and I feel that these dishes are really things that I can and will make again at home. We made three dishes, and Chef Lom Ang was great at showing each step of the process before having us try it out ourselves. Everything was delicious and well-planned, and we got to pick out our own ingredients at the local market as an added bonus.Trip.com Picks
