The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual.
The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming.
Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching.
Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame.
The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.★

We had really lovely tour guides - Helen & 花花 who shared interesting and informative stories about all the places we visited. Everything ran smoothly and on time, which we truly appreciated. And a special mention to our bus (plate no. 2006)! The ride was very smooth, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable!★

Our tour guide, Ms. Zhuo, was incredibly genuine, with a wonderful personality and a straightforward nature. Unlike other tour guides who are often driven by self-interest, she genuinely shared the best local food and attractions with us.
The entire trip was very relaxing and perfectly planned, making for a smooth day. We avoided traffic jams and didn't waste any time. It was the luckiest trip of our entire trip, and I'd love to see her again!
The driver was also a wonderful presence, providing enthusiastic and engaging explanations that were especially entertaining.★

Our guides, Susa and Louis, were very professional, providing multilingual explanations throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-planned, and there was plenty of time. Special praise goes to the driver for choosing an alternate route to avoid highway congestion, which minimized the return delay. As a day trip that includes visiting hard-to-reach shrines and seeing beautiful scenery, I highly recommend it.★

We ate our fill the whole time! Everything was delicious and fun! The tour guide was very funny 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 He seemed very experienced in Japan. The tour group photos were a bit misleading, but the scenery was beautiful 😅 The tour guide was excellent; he helped us take photos and was very enthusiastic in telling us many stories 😍😍 I highly recommend our tour guide, Sun Peng! The itinerary 3 places of visit were interesting. The booking was smooth and the notification for meet up arrangement was good. However, the closure of Mt. Aso due to the helicopter crash accident 2 days before could be better handled by the tour operator by actively offering alternative instead. But it did not. It also did not extend the duration of the other 2 places too. The tour guide just perfunctory bring us to the closed Mt. Aso, stating if it open, we shall go in and if not, we shall not. Only to offer an short duration extension od Kusasenri (after we requested) + a 15 min visit to another shrine nearby. Felt the whole arrangement iwas nsincere and the guide just wanted to go through motion and hope to end her work early. Also, the guide was kind of boring and can see that she is very green in this field of work.
