When you arrive at our office, our bilingual staff in English and Spanish will be waiting for you. They will complete the entry process, after you watch the pre-flight induction video and you have everything clear, they will tell you in which of our two certified runways your flight will take place.

When you arrive at the runway, your certified pilot will welcome you and will be in charge of putting on your flight equipment, as well as choosing the best time to take off.

Always stay close to your pilot and follow his instructions at all times to ensure your safety.

The moment has arrived: you are flying! Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the unique sensation of flying. Remember that you have a GoPro camera to capture this great moment, for the best photos and videos.

Upon landing, our staff will be waiting for you to deliver your photos and videos, and to assist you with any needs you may have.
