The day trip was amazing and the guides were really nice! We managed to see so much during the day, and Hallstatt in particular was amazing and fairytale-like. Our bike tour guide Peter was a perfect way to start our vacation in Vienna! This tour allows you to get your bearings to the most iconic places in Vienna City, learn fascinating & interesting facts (& hear stories! ) you may not find on the “internet” . Peter was a very funny, interesting, knowledgeable & safe tour guide! Peter gave the perfect level of historical info without being boring and was entertaining! We loved this tour & highly recommend it to anyone who feels comfortable riding a bike in a city… (to learn more than you can on a walking tour. ) We do many city tours & we found Peter among the best! Danke Peter!!!

The two-hour trip on the Crystal Ship was very enjoyable, because in addition to the beautifully colorful autumn scenery, there was also the impressive ship itself to admire. The staff, from ticket purchase to the waiters, were very friendly. The prices on board were perfectly reasonable.

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.


