The guided bike ride starts at 6,500-foot elevation. As you ride down the mountain through the world-renown “switchbacks of Haleakala” you will see breathtaking ocean views and rich green pastures. The ride, complete with photo opportunity stops, will take you through the historic Haleakala Ranch.
Guests will then enjoy a vehicle tour through the island's “Upcountry” Kula area on the way to the paniolo town of Makawao for an opportunity to grab lunch, walk around, and explore the quaint shops loaded with character and charm.
