The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. My group cant come on time with the meeting time. So I go to meeting place at designed time to ask them to allow us to use only the return, and they allowed me and my group so kind. I still can manage use this booking. They ask to take a picture the bus number so I can easily find they also give me the bus driver number to contact when go back to seoul. We had such a fun and great day! Our guide, Philip, was so, so, so nice, he’s actually the reason why I’m writing this review. He speaks really good English and regularly checked in with us throughout the day to ensure that we’re okay and enjoying the activity. He’s was also our ski instructor which was a good surprise. Anyway, this is highly recommended! My family had a great time.
