If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- This tour will take place rain or shine. Only in the event of prohibitive conditions will it be decided whether to cancel the tour (if some sites are unusable)
- You will climb few steps (and some of them may be irregular) to reach the different sites
- If for any reason, one of the sites in question is not accessible or available, it will be replaced by another underground site chosen by the organization
