In short, a comfortable transfer from Bari to Alberobello and Matera, but lacking the "human" element. Everything was AI-powered, no one on the bus told a single story, no jokes, no ideas for how to introduce the "tour," and incredibly loud music played between instructions. People were let out on their own in the parking lot, we gathered, and we continued on our way. Everything seemed fine, but on similar trips, someone shared a story along the way. I wouldn't pay that much for the transportation alone again.★

Our guide Lorenza was excellent. We had a small group of 6 and she was good at making conversation and including everyone in the group. Her knowledge was very good and the pace of the tour was perfect for a group of mixed ages. The tour is a perfect length to get a feel for the sassi area and we were not given information overload. Thank you Lorenza, we really enjoyed meeting you.
