Fun and exciting experience with my partner and our dog. We were able to see a bunch of dolphins, whales, and birds. Also, love love love that they’re dog friendly :)

We went to celebrate our 38th anniversary! My wife and I enjoyed the buffet and the terrific waitress. We were fortunate to go on a beautiful night and it was capped off by a sunset over the ocean! Loved the captains narration of historical sites and appreciate the guarantee which will now be shared with my daughter and her husband!

We went Out on The American Star Research Vessel on April 21, 2026. The check in was easy, the crew were welcoming and the Atlantic was calm and Bright. It is the Season when Whales move through Jersey heading north, but we had no luck that day. We saw an Osprey nest with a baby Osprey on it, and an Adult caught a Fish! We were very fortunate to see a Large Pod of Dolphins feeding, frolicking, even breaching and mating. It was like witnessing a Live Flipper show. The Dolphins were undisturbed by the Boat and the Knowledgeable crew were very informative about the habits, health and environment enjoyed by the Dolphins. This tour contributes to the Research and protection of the Birds and Mammals sheltered by and swimming in Cape May Bay and therefore is well worth it, even if you don't see everything.

The boat was very comfortable. The crew was knowledgeable. And while nature is unpredictable we did see a lot of dolphins which made it even better


