Meet at the Living Cheese Museum, where you will be greeted by your cheese master and the rest of your group.
Then, make your way to the cheese-making room. Learn how to create "tomme fraiche" cheese and an amazing artisanal butter. This cheese has a slightly milky acidic taste and is used for melting on a variety of traditional dishes.
Upon completion of the workshop, taste your creations accompanied by a glass of wine, for an authentic French culinary experience.
