Smooth and enjoyable day all around. Pick up was on time and our guide was warm and kind. As it was low season, we were still back in Toronto by 3:30 so if you’re worrying about time, know that things are a lot quieter and squeezing this in is worth it.★

We had an excellent experience on the Niagara Falls tour. Our guide, Vineett, was extremely attentive, professional, and always willing to help, making the tour even more enjoyable. The explanations were clear, the itinerary was well-organized, and the time at each stop was very well used. It was an incredible day, with breathtaking scenery and a smooth ride from beginning to end. I highly recommend the tour and, especially, the work of our guide, Vineett, who made all the difference in the experience.★

The tour guide made the experience extra special. Our tour guide’s name is Kaleb. On top of being very informative, he was very kind and genuine in providing a special service. He made sure to be generous with tips on how to make the most of the experience, see the best views and always made sure we were comfortable.
