Excellent trip to the salt mines. Communication good in advance and very good transfer with helpful commentary from Milo. Vehicle clean and comfortable and very punctual. Lots of useful info above ground and the tour guide and mines were excellent too. A really good half day tour from krakow. Option for where to be dropped off in krakow after was appreciated.

The activity was perfectly organized. The guide was punctual and friendly. The guided tour (in impeccable French) was very interesting and informative. There was a lot of walking (but all downhill). A good level of fitness for walking is necessary.

Excellent communication. The day before, they changed the visit time, but in this case, it wasn't a problem for us. The transport arrived at the exact time. The driver was courteous and explained the entire visit. I would like to highlight the support we received via WhatsApp, from the time change to the meeting point with the driver. At the end of the visit, we didn't leave from the same place we entered, and we couldn't figure out where the parking lot was. The WhatsApp communication was essential; they sent us the driver's location and informed us that we were outside the allowed time because the exit from the mine was very delayed.
