I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.★

The experience was quite good, but the actual blue ice cave we saw was a bit small. However, the scenery along the way was quite beautiful. Although they didn't offer hot chocolate, the tour guide was very professional, and the staff at the counter were very patient in helping us. Overall, it was a great experience!★

Steinar has been doing this for 11 years. I felt so safe with him and his communication to other hikers/cave experts. So knowledgeable and worth every penny! Do not let this excursion fool you, it was very difficult on the body but great for your mind if you can persevere!! Coming in April near the end of the season the ice is chunky and not so smooth to walk on, Steinar showed us the sneaky melting holes of snow and how to avoid them. The caves were unreal, drank some fresh glacier water and made some new friends!!!★
