Bakuriani: Cable Car Ride and Mitarbi Village Tour

Begin your adventure with a cable car ride to the top of Didveli. Enjoy 360° panoramic views of the Caucasus Range to the north and the unique landscapes of Samtskhe-Javakheti to the south.

Discover the idyllic rural charm of the Ktsia-Tabatskuri Protected Area, with the village of Tabatskuri built on a small peninsula that juts out onto the lake.

Marvel at the largest lake in Georgia by volume of water, located 2,000 meters above sea level and fed by snow, rain, and ground waters.

To the west, follow the Trialeti Range along the hiking trail to the Didi Mitarbi resort. After a break at the Mitarbi hut, arrive in the village of Mitarbi with a chair lift, where you will visit old farms and ancient houses, most of which are abandoned.
