The itinerary was good. The only drawback was that we wasted 40 minutes at the hotel. Otherwise, the actual tour time was about 2 hours. The price was okay. It would have been cheaper if we had booked locally. The online service was very good.

It's extremely convenient to buy tickets in advance on TripCom. We bought our roundtrip tickets well in advance. On the island, we decided to leave a day early. We were able to change our ticket at the Telaga port (where we were scheduled to depart from), and at the ticket office, they changed it to a different date without any hassle.

We booked just one day before our trip, and the PIC provided clear details on the meeting point, contact person, and Google Maps location. On the day of the tour, everything started on time. It was a shared boat with another couple, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The boatman was very professional. We visited the bat cave and explored the Andaman Sea. The price was reasonable for the experience provided. A simple lunch was included, which was sufficient. Overall, the kids enjoyed the tour very much.
