Aquarium of Niagara, located in Niagara Falls, New York, is a non-profit public aquarium focused on the education and conservation of aquatic life.

The aquarium comprises two main structures: the historic Main Building and Great Lakes 360, which debuted in July 2024. The Main Building showcases a variety of aquatic species from global habitats, including rescued seals and sea lions, Humboldt penguins, jellyfish, and vibrant fish. Great Lakes 360 features 16 distinct exhibits dedicated to the Great Lakes ecosystem's diverse habitats, including fish, reptiles, amphibians, and insects. The Aquarium of Niagara holds accreditation from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the Alliance for Marine Mammal Parks and Aquariums, and the International Marine Mammal Trainers Association.
The Niagara Aquarium Foundation is overseen by a board of trustees, which appoints an executive director responsible for managing the aquarium's administration and operations. Currently, Chad Fifer serves as the president and CEO, having been appointed in June 2024.
